3. Compact structure, superior performance, stable operation:
Using high-quality imported twin-screw bearings, its moving parts are only 1/10 of those of a piston compressor, and its vibration is only 1/5 of that of a piston compressor. High precision German FAG and Swedish SKF bearings are used in both radial and axial directions, combined with axial thrust balance drums to effectively balance axial loads. The failure rate is only 1/10 of that of piston compressors, and with world-renowned control components, the unit can operate safely and stably for a long time. The condenser and dry evaporator of the unit are both equipped with high-efficiency heat transfer tubes, and the main engine uses imported high-efficiency semi enclosed twin-screw compressors, which have many advantages such as compact structure, small volume, light weight, and small installation position. The semi enclosed twin-screw compressor has fewer moving parts and uses a 5:6 ultra efficient screw rotor. There is no direct wear between the rotors, making it highly reliable. Due to being a continuous compressor without pulsation, the unit has the characteristics of stable performance, low noise, small vibration, and smooth operation.
4. A comprehensive energy control system:
